Refund policy

Because all Twinky Rose items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or change of mind.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If your items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of deliver at hello.twinkyrose@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
